You may check your order's status at any time via the My Tick Status page using your email address & order ID.
How to Package and Mail a Tick
1. Safely remove the tick
Carefully remove the tick with tweezers or a tick removal tool. Then put it in a sealed plastic bag.
2. Send us your tick
Put your printed receipt and tick (still in a sealed plastic bag) into an envelope and mail it to us:

3. View your test results
Once we receive your tick, we will test it for its relevant pathogens, and then contact you with the results within three business days.
